A Crab rises from the watery depth in its desire to reach the distant star under the glow of the Moon. There is a heart-shaped opening in its shell to show the soft inner side of Cancer in spite of its need to protect its inner world. The geometry is the downward triangle of the feminine and is reminiscent of a fishing net as a reference to Cancer`s retentive memory and the connection with the ocean. The mother of pearl accents represent the nurturing quality of Cancer. In the depth of the water, two receding lines of columns can be seen – illustrating the wealth of the inner world – the inner temple – that is the realm of Cancer.
